The Denver Broncos broke ground Thursday on a new $175 million training facility and team headquarters.
Broncos owners Greg Penner and Kerry Walton Penner, as well as head coach Sean Payton, were present at the groundbreaking ceremony for the facility, which is scheduled to open in 2026.

Shefter Report It was announced in November that the facility would be fully financed by the Walton-Penner ownership group.
The facility will be opened at the team’s campus in Englewood, Colorado, which was established in 2014. Renaming Powered by CommonSpirit from Centura Health Training Centre to Broncos Park in May.
Broncos leadership visited the facilities of teams including the Las Vegas Raiders, Chicago Bears, Miami Dolphins, Phoenix Suns and Golden State Warriors to begin design of the facility in 2022. Eric DiLalla of DenverBroncos.com.
According to DiLalla, the new training center will be connected to the Pat Bowlen Fieldhouse, which was constructed in 2014.
The new building is about one-third larger than the Broncos’ previous training center, built in 1990, and will provide players with an additional 21,000 square feet of space, DeLilla said.
“The facility will also feature a new berm on the east side of the complex from which fans will be able to watch training camp,” DiLalla wrote.
Construction of the facility will not impact the Broncos’ 2025 training camp, which fans will be able to watch from temporary stands. associated Press Report.
