The Denver Broncos have yet to announce Bo Nix as their starting quarterback, but it appears they are delaying the inevitable.
Knicks entered the league with mixed reviews.
There was some good, some bad, and some ugly during his time at Auburn, and even though he looked much better at Oregon, some still had doubts about him.
So far, though, he’s been perhaps the most consistent and impressive rookie quarterback through two weeks of the preseason.
In fact, PFF gave him the highest grade for a rookie quarterback in Week 2, giving him a grade of 85.8.

Nix kept sharp, calm and controlled the offensive game in a 27-2 win over the Green Bay Packers.
He finished the night completing eight of nine passes for 80 yards and a touchdown.
He also had three rushing attempts for an additional 12 yards.
Yet, his influence went far beyond numbers.
He was hitting his receivers at a good pace, making great reads, going through his progressions, and it was clear Sean Payton was coaching him to win.
The Broncos’ quarterback room isn’t particularly impressive, and no one in the organization thinks Zach Wilson or Jarrett Stidham are better options for them at this point.
Nix has a great arm, he’s quick, athletic, and seems like a perfect fit for Sean Payton’s offense, so it might only be a matter of time before they announce what we all already know: he’ll be their starting quarterback.
