A Los Angeles Dodgers fan interferes with a potential home run by New York Yankees second baseman Gleyber Torres on Friday night.
With two outs in the top of the ninth inning during Game 1 of the World Series, Torres hit a ball deep into left field that was headed toward the wall. However, before the ball could potentially leave the field, a spectator stepped forward and caught the ball.

Torres was awarded a double due to fan interference, but the Yankees were not able to score before the end of the inning.

If the fan hadn’t caught it it would have been a homerun. A frightening call from @mlb…good that they allow a fan to possibly change the outcome of a weird World Series game…
