Through week two of the 2024 NFL season, the Houston Texans are one of the few undefeated teams that remain.

The Texans picked up a tough and physical win against the Chicago Bears on Sunday Night Football in Week 2 and will now take on the Minnesota Vikings in Week 3, who sit at 2-0.

Houston has been one of the most impressive teams to watch on both sides of the field, as they have created problems for opponents while also scoring points offensively.

Head coach DeMeco Ryans deserves a lot of credit for the team being so well-prepared, as there were some questions over whether or not they would be able to replicate last season’s success.

CJ Stroud’s game hasn’t been explosive yet, but he’s making the right reads and keeping his team on time on each drive.

Dallas Cowboys star Micah Parsons has reflected on Houston’s performance so far and made a bold statement about their playoff hopes via B/R Gridiron .

“The Texans are going to be a team that makes a deep run in the playoffs,” Parson said.

The Texans have already managed to win a playoff game during the 2024 NFL playoffs and are set to improve on that statistic this year, given good health.

Parsons spoke about how big a fan he is of Ryans and the defense and that he believes the foundation is there to win in the postseason.

If the Texans beat the Vikings this weekend, there will be even more evidence supporting Parsons’ bold decision.
