Gardner Minshew has experienced some ups and downs during his career as an NFL quarterback.
In his early days with the Jacksonville Jaguars, it looked like he could remain under center for the team for many years.
However, after some inconsistencies in his game, Minshew eventually moved to the Philadelphia Eagles and later the Indianapolis Colts.
He started 13 games for the Colts last season, winning seven of them.
Though he did his job well with the Colts, Minshew’s time with the organization was limited, as Anthony Richardson had to return from his injury.
The Las Vegas Raiders took a chance on him and he was recently named the team’s Week 1 starter.
Some players might get tired of moving around the league like Minshew, but he seems to be making the most of it.
He spoke about the fan base in a recent interview shared by reporter Nick Walters on KTNV, saying, “These guys are real.”

Fans have already rallied behind Minshew and are hoping he is the guy who can take this team to the next level.
Given Minshew’s personality and general popularity, supporting him isn’t a hard task.
He hasn’t established himself as the face of any NFL franchise thus far in his career, but the door is open for him to do so in Las Vegas.
There isn’t a shiny new toy out there to take his job away from him, allowing Minshew to play freely and freely.
