Saint-Etienne’s return to the top flight has seen them struggle on the road, but they are enjoying better fortunes at the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard. They have won their last two home matches over Lille and Auxerre, but are seen as outsiders for Saturday’s clash with Lens.
The visitors are not going into this clash in the hottest form as they are winless in their last six matches. They have drawn five Ligue 1 games on the spin, while failing to win their last four matches on the journey.
Given how Lens are struggling, Saint-Etienne once again appealed to the odds to avoid defeat on home soil.

The visitors have some defensive concerns – both teams have scored in four of their last five starts. AZ have netted in each of their last nine at home – but conceded nine goals in two defeats to PSV last term – prompting the visitors to concede and win.

Waalwijk vs Twente
Waalwijk are bottom of the Eredivisie standings, having lost all eight of their games so far. Their difficult start is unlikely to improve, with fourth-placed Twente their opponents this weekend.
The hosts have lost five of their last six matches by at least two goals, while Twente have won three of their last four league matches. This included a 5-0 win over second-placed Almere City, so take the visitors to overcome the -1 handicap in this clash.

Hamburg vs Magdeburg
Two high-flying teams square off in Germany’s second tier on Sunday afternoon, but favorites Hamburg look to be the underdogs in this tie. Magdeburg have won all four of their trips to the 2. Bundesliga this season, while the hosts have failed to win two of their last three league fixtures.
Magdeburg have been a regular fixture for Hamburg since the hosts’ relegation from the top tier. The visitors have won in two of their last three visits to this ground, so look to be the outsiders to spring a surprise.

Real Zaragoza vs Almeria
Almería is struggling to avoid the drop into Spain’s second tier, finding themselves in the relegation zone after struggling in their first nine games. The visitors are coming off a string of high-scoring games, with 24 goals scored in their last five fixtures.
Meanwhile, Zaragoza were defeated 3–2 by Racing Sanchez in their last home game. They responded with a 3–2 win in Tenerife, which bodes well for another high-scoring encounter against Almería.
