The Kansas City Chiefs are still the Kansas City Chiefs.
They are 3-0 and possibly on their way to glory by winning their third consecutive Super Bowl.
However, that doesn’t mean they aren’t continuing to make changes to the overall roster.
According to insider Matt Derrick, the team has added several familiar players to the practice squad.
“TE Jody Fortson is returning to the Chiefs’ practice squad, per source…RB Keonte Ingram has also re-signed with the Chiefs’ practice squad,” Derrick posted on social media Thursday. “

Fortson spent the first five seasons of his career with Kansas City as a practice squad player and a depth tight end player.
He helped Andy Reid and Co. win three Super Bowls before leaving for Miami in early 2024.
However, the Dolphins released him in late August, allowing him to return to Kansas City.
In his career, the former Valdosta State star has 14 receptions for 155 yards and four touchdowns.
Now 28 years old, he is someone who knows the offense and can provide help when needed.
Keonte Ingram is a former USC running back who was drafted in the sixth round by the Arizona Cardinals in 2022.
He later joined the Chiefs in 2023 and helped them win the Super Bowl.
In his career, he has had 62 rushing attempts for 134 yards and one touchdown.
With starter Isiah Pacheco out for some time due to injury, the Chiefs need to work at full strength, even if it means using players on the practice squad.
