The Los Angeles Chargers will look a lot different in 2024 than they did in 2023.

The most significant difference for this team is the head coach, as Jim Harbaugh takes over.

Harbaugh brings with him an impressive record, having most recently won a national championship with the University of Michigan.

There is a lot of expectation and anticipation surrounding Harbaugh, as many believe he can help turn this team around.

The Chargers have a lot of talented players on their team, but for one reason or another, they have not been able to work together to finally find some meaningful success.

Harbaugh and his team recently had linebacker Frank Guinda come in for a workout, and according to Tom Pelissero, the team has signed him.

As Pelissero noted, Guinda spent a significant amount of time with USFL franchise the Michigan Panthers.

Guinda won the Defensive Player of the Year award with the Panthers last season, a sign of his dominance in the USFL.

Of course, the NFL is a completely different thing, because the best players play in that league.

For Ginda to succeed, she will have to dig deep, work hard, and make sure she is ready for whatever comes her way.

The Chargers have some incredible players on defense, and if Guinda can learn from them, he could be a valuable addition to this team.

Considering all of the changes the Chargers have made, it will be interesting to see if they will have more success on the field than they have had in recent years.
