After spending three seasons with the Chicago Bulls, Alex Caruso has found a new home with the Oklahoma City Thunder following a trade earlier this summer.
He will be tasked with adding perimeter defense and veteran experience to a young team that had the best record in the Western Conference last season but was clearly not ready to compete for an NBA championship.
Off the court, Caruso has made another big change in his life: he got engaged to Hailey Broucher, according to ClutchPoints.

Caruso is a rags to riches story in the NBA, as he was undrafted out of Texas A&M University in 2016.
After spending some time in the G League, he became a valuable player who built a reputation for himself on the defensive end.
The past two seasons, he was named to one of the NBA’s two All-Defensive teams, and he is known as a player who will get in front of the player he is assigned to guard and harass that player.
Caruso is also known as a player who is willing to give his 100 percent, attacking loose balls and playing with full energy to help his team win.
While heβs been limited offensively, he has shown some potential as a floor-spacer, as he made 40.8 percent of his 3-point attempts on a career-high 4.7 attempts per game last season.
Many are confident in the Thunder’s chances this upcoming season, and they have plenty of room for improvement, as center Chet Holmgren and forward Jalen Williams still have a lot of potential.
