The restaurant is named after its trio of cuts: sirloin, tenderloin and rib-eye—the ultimate triple threat for carnivores. You’ll also enjoy the chef’s selections, including tender porterhouse steaks and marbled tomahawks.

However, pescatarians (and part-time vegetarians) have plenty of choice from the grill, from succulent prawns in Glenoboise sauce to smoky grilled chicken breast. However, we can recommend the light smoked salmon carpaccio enough; every bite literally melts in your mouth and you just don’t want to stop. This dish is characterized by the Smoked salmon of the highest quality from Le Fumoirowned by the Bassili family. You will also find it on the menus of 5-star hotels such as Atlantis and One & Only, the world-class airline Emirates and upmarket supermarkets like Waitrose. In fact, Joe Bassili (the duo’s father) travelled to Scotland to perfect his technique and it shows.

If you want something lighter, the char-roasted Caesar Salad embodies the legend of its namesake, sprinkled with bacon crumbs and heavily smoked croutons for a modern twist.

The beef tartare is not to be missed, with its spicy horseradish complementing the buttery minced beef, and the thick house fries pair beautifully with any dish you choose. And coming from Belgium ourselves – the true birthplace of fries, FYI – our standards are pretty high.

Now for the signature steaks: the tender beef striploin is a lean dish for those who like it a little lighter, while the ribeye steak is the ultimate highlight of the aforementioned 3-meter grill. The ribeye steak is infused with the smoky flavors of oak and olive wood and is a steak that you won’t soon forget.
