The Green Bay Packers may have won a big game over the Jacksonville Jaguars, but it came at a high cost.

Star QB Jordan Love had to leave the game after suffering a groin injury, and he’s not alone.

According to ESPN’s Rob Demowski, CB Jair Alexander is scheduled to have an MRI on his knee.

The star cornerback staggered off the field after Evan Engram’s game-tying touchdown at the end of the game.

He reportedly had trouble putting weight on his right leg after that play, the final drive for the offense.

Led by Malik Willis, the team stopped marching down the field for the game-winning field goal so they didn’t need Alexander to get back there.

Alexander defended two passes and made one tackle in the win.

So far, he has made 16 tackles, seven passes defended, two interceptions and one fumble recovery in six games.

The timing of this injury couldn’t have been worse, as the Packers have red-hot players from the Detroit Lions and their Unstoppable offense on deck.

With Love’s availability the Packers will host their divisional rivals.

A report from NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport claims Love suffered a “groin strain”, and although it is not believed to be major, the team is considering giving him some extra time to rest during the bye week. Can choose option.

The Packers are 6-2 and look like a strong contender, so getting their stars back to full strength should be their No. 1 priority right now.
