Luka Doncic may be the most unstoppable offensive player in the NBA right now. Doncic’s mix of high-octane scoring and playmaking fueled dallas mavericks till nba finals last season, and he is just starting to hit his best form at the age of 25.
As the Spurs and Mavericks faced off Thursday night to open the 2024-25 season, Doncic and Wembanyama met on a fast break. It certainly looked like the Spurs were ready to foul the big Doncic layup attempt. Then Luca reached his bag and found the magic.
