Denver Broncos wide receiver Josh Reynolds was injured in a shooting after being chased out of a Glendale, Colorado gentleman’s club on the morning of Friday, October 18, according to obtained court documents. 9news,
Per Janet Oravetz According to 9NEWS, Reynolds was shot once in the left arm and once in the back of his head.
The Broncos confirmed the firing, and said Reynolds received treatment for “minor injuries”.

Last Friday, Reynolds and two others were at Shotgun Willie in Glendale, Colorado, leaving around 2:45 a.m. MT. Per court document information relayed by orvetzHe had no problems with other patrons at the club.
They left in a Ford Bronco but were soon followed by two vehicles, according to Oravetz.
According to court documents, “As they drove away, two drivers began following them in vehicles and shots were fired. They told police that as they came onto the highway, the suspects continued to follow them. A Once they reached there, they said that the vehicle would no longer drive and they ran away from the vehicle.”
Reynolds and two other men abandoned the Ford Bronco on the side of I-25. The next morning, 9NEWS witnessed a traffic jam on the highway due to the police investigation, showing photos of a vehicle with a bullet hole in the windshield.
After fleeing the vehicle, all three men called 911. Officers and medical personnel soon responded to the area of South Quebec Street and East Union Avenue, where GPS tracking placed the three callers.
The second victim was shot in the back, according to court documents. The third victim was injured by broken glass from the shooting. And all three men suffered injuries after they climbed a fence along I-25 to escape.
Two people were arrested on Wednesday in connection with the shooting Nate Lynn Of 9NEWS.
“Police said they have identified two suspects. The day after the shooting, they arrested Burr Charlesworth, 42. On Tuesday, they arrested Luis Mendoza, 35. They are both being held for investigation of first attempt. Charged with first-degree murder and first-degree assault, according to police.
Police said, “Detectives are still working to identify more potential suspects. The circumstances surrounding the shooting are still under investigation.”
Oravetz provided more information about both suspects, particularly Mendoza, who tracked and watched Reynolds’ group for nearly three hours.
“According to court documents, a video from the strip club shows Mendoza entering the club after midnight. Mendoza did not interact with the entertainers, but rather watched the victims, the documents said. As they walked away, Mendoza followed them, documents say.
“According to the documents, several other vehicles were seen pulling in and people inside were waiting for the victim to get out. The documents show that three vehicles were seen following the victims.
“In most of the videos reviewed by investigators, Mendoza’s vehicle was directly behind the victims.
“After his arrest, Charlesworth told investigators that he was ‘helping’ a friend who had asked him to follow the victims because of a prior conflict. He denied that he ever shot at the victims. Drove and said the bullets came from other vehicles, according to court documents.
Reynolds is an eight-year NFL veteran who has played for the Los Angeles Rams, Tennessee Titans, Detroit Lions and Broncos. He is in his first season in Denver after signing two year contract In free agency last offseason. Reynolds caught 12 passes for 183 yards and one touchdown.
The former Texas A&M star suffered a fractured finger while catching a touchdown in a 34–18 win over the Las Vegas Raiders on October 6. He would have to miss at least four games after being placed on IR to be ruled out. At least two more weeks.
