2024 NFL Offensive Player of the Year odds: Derrick Henry takes over as favorite


For the second year in a row, all signs point to a comeback win of nfl Offensive Player of the Year award, for at least five weeks.

After Eagles new running back Saquon Barkley remained atop the oddsboard for much of the first half of the season, following back-to-back impressive performances, Baltimore’s Derrick Henry has finally taken his place.

The Ravens have won three consecutive wins, mainly behind Jackson and Henry. In a 28–25 win over Dallas in Week 3, Henry ran for 151 yards and two TDs on 25 carries.

In Week 4, Henry was even more impressive, recording 199 rushing yards and a score in the Ravens’ 35–10 victory over Buffalo. He also had a receiving TD.

Then, in Week 5, at Cincinnati, Henry had 92 yards and a score on 15 carries in Baltimore’s 41–38 overtime victory.

Henry leads the league in rushing yards (572) and is first in rushing scores (6).

Henry was named Offensive Player of the Year in 2020.
