NFL trash talk can take many different forms. Players will go back and forth against each other in a friendly competition, and this will make the game a little more intense. But sometimes they cross the limits.

On teammate AJ Dillon’s podcast Toonen to Dillon, Craft talked about how he brushes off trash talk from opposing players, and his strategy is a little strange.

That guy is a legit sociopath, because responding to stupid things by saying you’re going to burn down my childhood home is crazy. We’re just playing a game, oh my God, it shouldn’t get to that point. How do you even react to that? In that situation you cannot say anything which will be right. You just have to try to combat his craziness, but he’s a tight end who played for South Dakota State, he could be Captain Crashout.
However, the psychopath’s narrowness can be a path to a successful crime. Craft has really emerged in his second season, leading all tight ends in Yards After The Catch.
Which is to be expected, because I wouldn’t want to deal with that guy anyway. He may try to set fire to my house.
