Gibbs-White, Konsa and Manu out for England

England’s Morgan Gibbs-White, Ezri Konsa and Kobi Manu have been ruled out of England’s Nations League games in October.

But captain Harry Kane has been declared fit by England’s medical staff after Bayern Munich’s draw with Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday.

The Three Lions host Greece at Wembley on Thursday before playing Finland in Helsinki on Sunday.

The other 22 players named in Lee Carsley’s preliminary squad have reported to St George’s Park.

Interim manager Carsley is not planning to add anyone to the squad.

Nottingham Forest midfielder Gibbs-White, who made his England debut last month, was injured when he had a shot blocked in a 1-1 draw with Chelsea.

Aston Villa defender Konsa suffered a hamstring injury in Sunday’s goalless draw with Manchester United.

United’s midfielder Manu was substituted in the closing stages of that match.
